The primary editions offered by busy are basic, standard & enterprise. What a terrible experience, no explanation as to what is going on, no one could give me any information, and I didn't get any reply to my emails. We are one of the leading traders & suppliers of busy accounting software. No reply - it's been 5 days and 2 emails later I still haven't heard back. So I emailed the compliance department, doubting I would get a reply. I called customer service AGAIN and this time I was told that I needed to contact their compliance department, and the only way to do that was by email. Again I waited, and waited - no deposits. 5 emails later I found a phone number to call, and the customer service rep told me they were aware of the issue and would resend the 2 deposits. I inquired further, and they stopped replying. I contacted customer service by email and they wrote back a vague email about not being able to verify my account. Then I waited, and waited, and the deposits never came. I received a confirmation email that everything was complete, and I just had to verify the 2 deposits in my bank account.
